How to provide the reliable and long-term operation of equipment?

JSC «Plava» renders installation works and commissioning for supplied equipment.

The commissioning is made for newly installed separators and includes the inspection of equipment for its readiness to be put into operation, by total testing of all machines and mechanisms with trial release of products specified by the project and adjustment of equipment.

The commissioning includes the following types:

• Placement of order for commissioning works;
• Signing of commissioning contract;
• Arrival of specialist;
• Preparatory works;
• Run-up of equipment;
• On-site testing of equipment;
• Final works;
• Issue of acceptance report of commissioning.

Commissioning works rendered by specialists of JSC «Plava» include:

• Control for proper montage of equipment
• Trial run-up of equipment according to designed project with control system at idling speed and under load
• Engineering adjustment of equipment in course of trial run-up
